Welcome to Girls Trade Official! By accessing and using our Facebook group, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

1. Introduction Girls Trade Official (the "Group") is a paid subscription-based Facebook group operated by Girls Trade Pty Ltd based in Melbourne, Victoria. The Group allows members to promote their businesses through comments, posts, and direct messaging with other members. The subscription fee is $49.99 AUD per month.

2. Membership and Subscription 2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to join the Group. By joining, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Subscription Fee The subscription fee is $49.99 AUD per month. By subscribing, you agree to pay this fee and authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis.

2.3 Payment Payments will be processed via Stripe. You must provide accurate and complete payment information. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your membership.

2.4 Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you must provide written notice to info@girlstrade.com.au. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for partial months.

3. Use of the Group 3.1 Group Access Your membership grants you access to the Group where you can post, comment, and send direct messages to other members for business promotion purposes.

3.2 Conduct You agree to use the Group respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, abuse, or threats Spamming or posting irrelevant content Misrepresentation of your business or services Posting offensive, defamatory, or illegal content 3.3 Content Ownership You retain ownership of the content you post in the Group. However, by posting content, you grant Girls Trade Official a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Group.

4. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Girls Trade Official, its owners, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your use of the Group Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Group Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

6. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria to resolve any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of the Group.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the Group. Your continued use of the Group following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
