I just got my first purchase or hire request, what the hell do I do?!

Firstly, congrats on getting your first sale! Don't panic we'll walk you through the steps.

Simply package up your item with care and send it off to the eager purchaser at the shipping address they provided (if they choose to meet up instead of getting the item shipped, start discussing a time and meet up spot).

It's a great idea to send the tracking number to the purchaser so they know when their item is coming. And hey, don't hesitate to keep them in the loop with any further updates. More communication means happier members, and happier members mean better reviews down the line!

Once your buyer has their hands on the goods, they'll mark the transaction as completed and the money will hit your account within 1-3 business days. Now it's review time! Share the love and review each other for a job well done.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes of course, both parties can cancel an order. If you are the seller, let the purchaser know for whatever reason you are cancelling their order and contact info@girlstrade.com.au. The money should be available to use in the purchasers bank account again within 1 business day.

If you are the purchaser it's vital to let the provider know you want to cancel ASAP. Let them know why you're cancelling in a nice message and that you are going to email info@girlstrade.com.au. Once you email Girls Trade we handle the rest! You will get a confirmation email that the order has been cancelled.

It's important to note that if the provider doesn't mark the item as shipped after 2 weeks the transaction will automatically be canceled.
